
Fasan: Bianco Veronese IGP
White wine, straw yellow, almost intense, in color, harvested manually, with an aromatic bouquet that tends towards fruits and wild flowers.
We recommend serving it cold, as an Aperitivo or paired with fish or white meat based dishes as long as it is not a slow cooked dish.
The name “Fasan” comes from the Venetian dialect and it means Pheasant, illustrated on the label there are, in fact, two male Pheasants, during the summer mornings it is quite common to hear the mating calls that male Pheasants make, it is also possible to see pairs and small groups of them strolling around sour vineyard.

Siora: Chiaretto di Bardolino Classico DOP
Rosè wine, faint pink in color, hand harvested, with aromas of wild strawberries and citruses, with a well rounded flavor, slightly acidic and astringent.
We recommend serving it cold as an Aperitivo, or paired with entrees, fish and white meat dishes.
The name Siora has been taken from the Venetian dialect and it means “madam”, illustrated on the label there is, in fact, an old lady in hìthe midst of preparing dinner, we like to think that she and the farmer present in the label of our “Bakan” are an old couple, married for a really long time.

Bacco: Bardolino Classico DOP
Red wine, ruby red in color, with aromas of mixed wild berries, hand harvested.
We recommend serving it at room temperature.
A lovable wine, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif but also in combination with meat dishes, possibly of short cooking, such as sliced beef or veal escalope.
The name Bacchus was borrowed from the Roman deity "Bacchus", also known as "Dionysus" in the Greek Pantheon, God of Wine, Sense Pleasure and Fun.

Leoro: Pinot Grigio Provincia di Mantova
White wine, straw yellow in color, hand harvested and with an aromatic bouquet of fruits.
We recommend serving it cold, as an Aperitivo or paired to fish dishes or with entrees and finger food.
The name “Leoro” is taken from the Venetian dialect and it means “Hare”, the name was decided after a curious episode that happened during the 2023 wine harvest, on that day, while we were busy harvesting, a small baby hare decided to rest under our pergola, just under our feets.
It is quite common to see hares running in our vineyards, however it is almost impossible to get close to them due to their fearful nature.

Ors: Bianco Veronese IGP

We recommend serving it cold, as an Aperitivo, paired to entrees, finger foods, fish dishes or paired to meats as long are dish is served cold, such as roast beef or Vitello Tonnato
The name “Ors” has been taken from the Venetian dialect and it meas “Bear”, all our white wines have animal themed names.

Mojer: Cabernet Veneto PGI Barrique
Red wine, hand harvested and barrel aged for at least 12 months.
Ruby red in color, almost purplish and with a well rounded flavor, with a slight astringency and a good acidity.
Its bouquet of aromas reminds of small red berries, such as mulberry, raspberry and blueberry.
The wine is mainly a meditation wine, however it pairs well with red meats dishes like stews and roasts.
We recommend opening the bottle 1-2 hours before enjoying it.
The name “Mojer” has been taken from the Venetian dialect and it means “Wife”, illustrated on the label there is, in fact, a young woman representing a young wife.
In the Venetian dialect there are alternatives to the word “Mojer” such as “Mojere”, “Mujer”, “Femena”, ecc…
