Garda mustard from Cachi

Persimmon mustard of Garda, produced by hand, in small quantities, respecting the seasonality of the product and doing everything necessary to guarantee the quality of the final product. At least 50% fruit is used. Chopped mustard, slightly sweet and acidic and with a slight astringency, to be accompanied by cheeses with a strong flavor, ideally soft or with medium-long aged sausages. At Corte Torcolo del Garda you will have the opportunity to taste it as an accompaniment to the platter of cold cuts and cheeses offered in our tastings.

Garda Mostarda with Apple

Mostarda del Garda with Apple, produced by hand, in small quantities, respecting the seasonality of the product and doing everything necessary to guarantee the quality of the final product. At least 50% fruit is used. Creamy, sweet and slightly acidic mustard, to be accompanied by savory cheeses both soft and hard or, as per tradition, to accompany mixed boiled meat. Mostarda Del Garda with Orange

Orange mostarda, Handmade, in small batches, respecting the seasonality of the product and ensuring the quality of the finished product. There is at least 50% of fruit in the finished product.

Chunky compote, sweet and acidic, with a light bitterness, to be paired with light cheeses and cured meats or to be served in a cocktail alongside our Grappa "La Vecia".

At Corte Torcolo del Garda you may have the chance to taste it paired to our charcuterie boards served at our wine tastings.

Barrique Grappa “La Vecia”

Barrique Grappa aged for 12 months in barrels of Durmast, with a strong flavor but a lovable aftertaste, made from our marc that, after having been cold pressed to extract the juice from the grapes, gets distilled to create our “La Vecia” . Product 100% Italian. The name comes from the Italian card game Briscola, it is quite common to see, in bars and pubs, groups of elderly gentlemans fully focused on winning an extremely important game of Briscola while drinking a glass (but most likely two or three) of Grappa. In particular "La Vecia" represents the Jack of Spade of the italian cards.
